    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at Strategy& full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Interesting projects, smart colleagues, the pay scale is competitive. Used to be a prestigious brand back in the day

    Cons

Terrible place for women to work. Specially, if you are minority woman. Hours can be inhumane. Imagine only 3 hours of sleep per night for 4 days in a row. Switching projects means upsetting off partners who can then be petty and destroy your career. There are good partners / leaders too but unfortunately they don’t call the shots.

    Advice to Management

Treat minority women better and with respect. Be transparent about how and when you would or wouldn’t sponsor visa, greencard etc.

    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Good working environment - first class office building
Flexible hours as PTA relative to full time analyst

    Cons

Work space is very small that you need to share the already small space with 4 or 5 other PTAs

    Advice to Management

Though PTAs are considered to be the bottom of the food chain, they deserve better treatment.
