Interview
Application process consisted of just a CV, then the PwC game test, an online video recorded interview, then a one day assessment centre with 2 rounds.
The video interview takes around an hour, with competency questions and cases. Definitely would recommend recording yourself a few times with the practice questions to get used to talking at a camera.
On the assessment day, there are 2 technical tests and 2 interviews in the first round. Then if you pass that, back to back interviews with 2 partners. In each round there is a structured and an unstructured interview. The structured has a case deck with information to look at with 15 mins time limit, before discussing, then half an hour to discuss. Competency questions are asked throughout.
Make sure you get enough rest before the assessment day, because the process is extremely draining and the highest pressure moments are at the end. You will find out if you got an offer directly from the partner that interviewed you at the end of the day,

Interview
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
