Interviewers were kind, helpful and friendly. Strategy& has a great sense of community. However, interviews were scheduled last-minute which doesn’t give enough time for case preparation. Second round interviews were not back-to-back

Super angenehme und wirklich interessierte Interviewer, mit denen man super connecten kann. Habe ich bei MBB anders erlebt. Klassisches Consulting Interview mit Personal fit und Case Study. Der Prozess mit allen 3 Runden ist remote und an einem Tag erledigt, inklusive Vertragsangebot, welches man direkt am selben Tag erhält. Ein Interview ist auf Englisch.

Interview
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
