Interview
Application followed by standard PwC psychometric and aptitude tests. Waited 2-3 months after submitting the tests to be invited for interviews. Two case interviews in the first round with managers/ principals. One final round case interview with a partner thereafter. Case interviews were all structured the same: 15mins of fit followed by a 30min case. Cases were centred around market sizing and market entry.
Colloquio con HR + 3 business case: 1 sizing + 2 casi strutturati in ambito Financial Discipline (ossia quella in cui sarei stato inserito).

Interview
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
