      The hiring process was pretty quick. As you apply, the resumes are automatically routed to the hiring manager. The hiring manager will then review and decide if an interview is necessary.

      I submitted an application online and then received a call for interview dates. It was a group of other applicants present and a panel interviewed me. Lastly, I was called and presented with a job offer.

      I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Strayer University (Miami, FL)

      Interview

      Interview process is two fold. You are interviewed over the phone by an HR representative or hiring manager. Then you are usually brought in for a one-on-one interview, then a panel interview which features scenario type questions. And lastly you meet with a regional VP for final approval.
