There were about 12 candidates in the office for 4 hours. The interview was split into 3 individual interviews in which they only asked 1 question. Next, there was a written exercise and a group activity. I felt that only asking me 3 questions doesn't give the hiring team enough information about me. Additionally the feedback mentioned I was passive in the group activity which I am and am not aggressive as it is generally seen as rude and unprofessional. I would suggest that the hiring team ask more questions like in a traditional interview, not take 4 hours, and possibly do a personality test and put candidates into small groups. Just because someone is the most aggressive or loudest in an activity does not indicate that they can resolve problems and create solutions.
