Interview
Screening plus 3 rounds. First round was a SQL test. Second round was a Python test. Final round was a general chat with the department lead (C-Suite). At the end, suddenly the co-founder wanted to have a chat, and the motivation was not made clear. It turned out that he was interested in getting contractors to fulfill the role instead, so despite having passed the process, the role was discontinued.

Interview
It was horrible, the interviewer was distracted and did not communicate clearly. It was unprofessional, careless and did not value the effort or time of the interviewee. Big no to management.
