Interviewed by Phone. Overkill. I was beginning to think they were looking for a robot, not a person. The screening processes used by this company are ridiculous. I have over 25 years in my field, excellent progressive experience and references. I am not sure what exactly is going on within this company. I always wondered why I always see job postings for them. Know I now. It was a degrading experience and I would not want to work there. The "questions" which had nothing to do with the job itself. It was crazy and a strange approach that eliminates great people who have much to offer..
