I met the recruiters on campus. One is the HR and the other is a sr. Engineer. They are really friendly. After that I got a phone interview with Gallup. Really intense. Get some examples ready, and you will be fine though. In about a week or so, I was notified to have a third round interview with the HR of the Plant I possibly will be working at.
