Two phone interviews and then took Gallup test. After taking Gallup test, interviews stopped. I was informed my skills and personality did not line up with whatever Stryker had in mind

Contacted after applying online and had a phone interview two weeks later. The recruiter canceled the original interview and then took awhile to reschedule another one. The phone interview was about half an hour with some technical questions. Stryker uses Gallup questions to test for personality and then compares them to their desired benchmarks
