As with most Stryker interviews the process is unnecessarily long and tedious. 5 interviews in total (HR, Director of AI, Coding Assessment, Virtual Full Day Interview (including general interviews, ML Ops/CV/DL knowledge interview, systems design interview, and a coding assessment) and a follow-up take home coding assessment.
