Quickly received an email from an HR employee with link to make an appointment for a telephonic interview. Telephonic interview in German. A few days late, recieved email with answer.

The interview process was professional and well structured. It involved an initial screening call followed by a more detailed interview about my background, technical skills, customer service experience, and interest in the role. The team explained the position clearly and gave me time to ask questions.

It was fine bit nervous 2nd time ever had the experience a phone interview introduce one another had a few questions then quick 10 questions and closed off any questions
Easy interview and fairly basic in terms of field service questions. Many different steps however from start to finish. May take a month or so if they are not in a hurry. Salary expectations extremely low however and they are not willing to work with you.
