The interview process was fairly simple. They schedule a call with four people, then one round with HR. Got called after four weeks. Then a Gallup interview was scheduled. Was offered the position but declined.

Interview
Recruiter reached out to via LinkedIn about the role. Discussion on my background and how I have all of the qualifications. Instructed to apply for the via their career site. Within a few days, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The next step was a gallop interview which took approximately two hours.
Results of gallop interview determine I was not a good fit for the role and they moved forward with other candidates.

The interview process is lengthy. Screening with talent acquisition. Then meet with Hiring manager. Panel of 3-5 people. Gallup interview. Perhaps someone on the team. The process took weeks and then no real timeline on offer. Hard to get multiple people scheduled.
