The interview felt rushed, with limited time for meaningful discussion. Although they assured me they would follow up, I never received any communication from them, which felt unprofessional and disappointing.

The interview process was super smooth. The managers were really nice and inviting. I interviewed and was offered the job within the same day. They offered a hybrid position after the first 90 days of working there.
It was a phone interview, easy-going, twenty minutes of duration, previous experience related to the role, what was our understanding of the company and the role, and an explanation of them.
