I applied in February and wasn't expecting to receive a call a month later, but I went in for the interview. It was a lot more laid back than I had expected. We sat at a table and he explained how things would be if I got the job, and asked me a few questions about my previous experience, the hours I'm OK with, my work ethic, etc. He then threw out a few random interview questions for me to answer (only about 2-3 interview questions), and then told me what he wanted in an employee. He said he would interview two more people, and then call me when he decided. I never got a call so I assume he went with someone else. I know I didn't get the job because I'm not exactly out going or friendly. I'm very shy, though I explained I'm very hardworking because of this. But I guess friendliness was more important to him than hardworking.
