Interview
2-hour trial to wash dish and deliver food service.
They kept asking people for trial and select successful candidate among these people.
A week later, my housemate told me they called her for the trial.
The hiring process may take a long time.
Quick simple, short questions look at CV, nothing too in depth. Tour of area, discuss availability and hours of shop. Offered role on spot. Was very short but easy, staff very helpful.
Easy interview questions. Took only 20 minutes.
Here are some questions:
“Do you have any hospitality experience ?”
“Why do you want to work here?”
Asked for my availability. Easy to talk with the manager.
