I applied online and a few days later I received a call asking to interview. I came in a few days later for an interview and was asked about my availability they liked to hear that I could work weekends. I was hired on the spot and then asked to complete their online learning at home (which was not paid).

If you had five bricks what would you do with them?
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
