Interview
Quick and easy, 5 minutes. I was asked what i know about subway and what I think my responsibilities would be. They may ask you about your current activities, if you study or have another job. It's easy and if you're honest, polite and speak like you know everything about hard work and sandwich making you'll live.
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
