I applied online and it took about 2 weeks to get a call. The manager called me and set up an interview for the next day. The interview was very short they asked me basic questions. It was really easy and I started working a couple days after the interview.

"how good is your customer service"
"what would you say your strength and weaknesses are".
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
