As the first step, I had a session with HR, which was really great and friendly session, and I think that was one the best HR talk that I ever had. Then they sent me an assessment with 2-4 hours estimation inside the PDF and 4-6 hours estimation into the email text. I put 12 hours on this task, I wrote many clean tests, designed a clean database structure with all of the relationships, defined models with all validations and also I wrote tests for all the validations and finally I implement Controller and Service objects. Then I just got an email with some minor feedback from my Controller and Service objects. I told them your feedback doesn't match your estimation, your estimation defines the scope of the project.
