I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sumo Digital (Royal Leamington Spa, England) in Sep 2020
Interview
I got there through a recruiter. Typical procedure: first they ask you about your current situation, salary range and notice period. If the CV fits then they ask you to sign an NDA (weird at that point but OK...) and later they send you a code test.
The code test is about making a project and ask you to log how much time you spent on it. I assume I cannot tell what's about because of the NDA but I recommend focusing on writing good architecture.
I sent the project back finished with some ideas and my comments and never heard back of them. Neither positive or negative or things to improve: NOTHING.
This is really disrespectful and can get you insights about how the company works. I really encourage people not to spend any time on companies like this when you put your effort and your free time for them and not even give a response back.
