Got an email saying that they would like to move to the next step in the process -- A test. This is a personality and general aptitude type test by testfirst hiring. After the test, I just get an email saying that I cannot move on to the next step. I guess it determined that I am some kind of ax murderer or something. :) I can understand using a test like this as a source of input, but IMHO, it is a bad sign when they just let the computer determine if you are not a good fit for the job. Plus this test takes 2+ hours. I had the same result at two other companies that used this same test. At least they are consistent. I guess if everyone used this test I would be unemployable. Curious if anyone know s how these questions were generally answered for someone who didn't get shot down.
