Big Group and Selection process was simple. If you like the job then you would receive the job, Enter the second interview for finalizing process. You talk about yourself and background basic.

Talk about your background and why you want the job.
Very professional. Good layout of the company and what you will be doing. Multiple steps process and if you making it through all the step you get an i person interview just to see how an employee do the job you apply for.

Interview
Phone Interview followed by an in person interview with the Regional Sales Manager. After that, I interviewed with the Regional Sales Director for the final step. It was your standard sales interview. Asked about experience at other companies, strengths/weaknesses, why I would be an asset to SunRun, etc. Ended up talking for about an hour.
