Applied online, got a call the next day for a face to face interview. The interview was like every other retail job interview. They put me on shop floor for around 20 minutes and then took me to the office for a one to one interview where they asked the standard interview questions and availability . They then called me 3 hours after letting me know i got the job.

Very easy interview, asked me basic questions about ‘what’s a time you faced a challenge’, ‘when have you had to deal with a bad customer’ etc. It didn’t feel necessarily personalised and more just learning the basic things about someone’s customer service. It was a very quick interview.

If you have had experience in customer service it will be fine, if not could be difficult as questions are based on times you’ve dealt with things obviously you can make it up

it was quick, the person was very friendly and felt like a casual conversation rather than an interview. there was multiple people in the room having separate interviews. however i have not heard back and its been a week and they said they would call me back
