I applied online. I interviewed at Superdry (Cardiff, Wales) in Sep 2025
Interview
It was a group of around 15 people and we were given team tasks like putting together outfits for specific customer requirements. Very casual, friendly atmosphere so it settled nerves especially as everyone was in the same boat. There were no real personal questions, just a couple of your favourite item in the store and why etc.

Question 1
What would you swap out from the outfit you put together to go from day time to evening wear?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Superdry in Oct 2025
Interview
I was surprised when I turned up and it was a group interview as I wasn’t aware of this but it was fine and everyone was friendly. It being in quite a large group meant it lasted longer than I’d anticipated but again not that big of a deal.
We got to know eachother and then spoke about what makes good customer service or what type of person is good in the job. We had to choose an outfit based on a piece of clothing we were wearing and talk about the outfit. There was some quick (30s each) individual questions at the end. Overall it was a fine experience just not what I’d expected
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Superdry (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview is in a group, very dynamic, and the interviewers make us feel at ease. We talk about our experiences, answer some basic questions (why we want to work there), and finally, a presentation on a topic of our choice.
