The interview process was thorough, easy, and the follow-up was very consistent. I was happy with the process and enjoyed working with the recruiting manager. It was a good experience, even though I didn't take the role.

Interview
Initially I spoke with the in-house recruiter, from there I spoke with a manager that I would potentially report to, that conversation led to an interview with the Director of the division and then a decision was made.
There are two virtual interviews for a recruiter position. The first is with the hiring manager. If that goes well then you will have an interview with the sales team that you will be on.
