Sureify Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) interview questions

The interview process contains 4 rounds in total: 1. Telephonic Round 2. Video Conferencing Round - Technical 3. System Test Round 4. HR Round The first round was very easy, with basic questions on Selenium and Java. The level of questions on Selenium and Java got increased in the 2nd round and 3rd round was the system test where I had to write a Selenium script for an End-To-End Scenario. I was able to qualify for all 3 technical rounds and was waiting for the HR round. The consultancy called me and said I cleared all the rounds and HR will call me for a Salary discussion. I followed with HR and she told me you are not selected and the reason was "I am not good at communication skills". Now the question is, if I was not good in communications, why they promoted me from Round 1 to Round 2 and then to 3 . Don't they have well-qualified employees who can perform the communication check-in 1st round itself. So the HR was unable to convince me that why they are rejecting my profile. I wasted my time in all the 3 rounds.
