Online Quantitative Assessment to assess basic probability skills using market-targeted problems. Twenty-five minutes were allocated to answer twenty-three questions. Some were multiple choice, others were answer boxes. Most questions were high-difficulty relating to finance, where as others were more general probability.

Question 1
Pricing policy-dependent options based on the probability that legislation would pass or not.
Was fast tracked to in person interview after doing the discovery day. Lots of technical questions about markets. Very strange questions about estimating numbers. Some probability questions at the end that start easy and increase in difficulty.

Interview
Long interview process. First stage was a finance online assessment, followed by a pre-screen interview about your interest in finance and a stock pitch. If you passed that, there's a case study, followed by an interview with equity researchers about general trading knowledge, and a quantitative assessment that are similar to math games.
