Went over screening process with HR. Then, I was asked about one basic probability question. The question itself was quite simple, but the HR did not give any comment about my answer.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group
Interview
Recruiter is terrible and rude. Can't discuss any details benefits about the job. It "is not a trading role" but apparently your pay is entirely dependent on your performance and you need trading experience even though it is apparently an operations role. Also if you're going to be disrespectful say that you've got better candidates with more experience applying then why bother wasting everyones time and reaching out.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group in Sep 2018
Interview
It was very standard with online assessment then a phone call. Im sure there were other rounds but I didnt pass the first phone interview. 3 Questions for the first phone call. Two probability and one brainteaser. For probability just review Bayes and know how to do linear equations.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2017
Interview
Two rounds of phone interviews, the first lasting 45 minutes, the second one hour.
Interviews began with a couple of behavioural/motivational questions and then moved to small quantitative problems. The questions are very similar to the ones you can find on Glassdoor. Be sure you know bayes formula and are comfortable with clearly explaining solutions on the phone.
Interviewers were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately didn't make to final round even if answered to all the quantitative questions.
