I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Bala Cynwyd, PA)
Interview
Initial phone interview with HR, followed by a technical phone screen, then a marathon day long series of interviews, which included an easy technical test. Interviews went well, but I was not interested. Benefits are sub-par. They require you to work 9 hours a day with a working lunch (but they don't tell you that outright). I wanted to see the area I'd be working in if I was hired, and the HR girl got weird about it, as if this wasn't an idea she liked. Instead, she showed me what the cubes and offices looked like in a different area. WA given free lunch during my interview: cold pizza. 2 employees in the lunch room saw me in my suit and, reasoning I was an interviewee, the one said to the other "Look, fresh meat." Great first impression! Told the recruiter I was not interested.
Overall process is fine. The main problem they didn't respond to my email after the final interview.
- interview with Hiring manager about experience related to the job
- on site interview with several python questions and simple leetcode task + system design task

Interview
The online stages were pretty simple given my seniority (15+), and the online interview was nice. You have to implement tickers lookup by the headline, mentioning the company names. As fast as possible of course.
