Step 1: 30 minute phone screen. I had initially met one of the recruiters at a career fair and then submitted my resume to him. This lead to a phone interview for a summer trading internship. SIG really have a great training platform in place for junior hires.

What is the next thing expected on the rates curve
30 minute phone call mostly behavioral but one math question that was brief and simple, had to be explained back to the interviewer. mostly fit and culture questions though. fdsf
