I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (New York, NY) in Mar 2010
Interview
Scheduled a phone interview. Briefely went over educational history / test scores, talked about games (she was disapointed that I don't play card games. Followed by a few relatively easy probability questions, in the second question she asked the incorrect question, as it was unsolvable as she asked it, she gave the answer to something else entirely.

Question 1
How many ways can you arange five people at a round table, such that there they are in increasing age order (clockwise or anti-clockwise)?
Very qualitative, not as intensive as described. It felt much more corporate than other trading firms with which I had interviews. Seems that most of the quantitative questions are asked online prior to a phone interview.
One phone call with 3 math/stats questions, next phone interview was 20 minutes about my resume and other behavioral questions. Final round they flew me out and I flunked the mental math portion of the final round interview before talking to traders on the floor.
