I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Sydney) in Jan 2015
Interview
I met with one of the senior traders. Awesome office great views. Had interview in their room with a poker table with chips and cards. Jumped straight into basic probability questions. I mind blanked and completely got lost on very basic question. Then some harder probability and logic questions. Trader will assist you. Essentially you need to know your probability like the back of your hand. Overall a great experience. It's a shame because I know I messed up. I think it would be a nice learning curve here especially because I come from a poker background and they use this to teach.
smooth and enjoyable, the process lasted 8 weeks, online, 2 HR rounds, then in person at the end. Very positive, would recommend applying early in the season when opens up, now may need a masters to get in.
There was one or two phone screens, focusing on probability questions. The superday had a few interviews all focusing on probability questions or basic game theory. During the super day , there was a board game played with other super day candidates
