I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group in Oct 2015
Interview
I got a referral from a former intern, who received full-time offer after his internship. I did two rounds of phone interview. Did not make through the second one. All technical questions were related to probability and option trading. Knowing Bayes' Theorem is important. The questions were not that difficult, but I struggled a lot in one problem.

They asked me whether I have applied to other companies, especially prop trading ones. They also asked me what I did over the past summer and my SAT score.
smooth and enjoyable, the process lasted 8 weeks, online, 2 HR rounds, then in person at the end. Very positive, would recommend applying early in the season when opens up, now may need a masters to get in.
There was one or two phone screens, focusing on probability questions. The superday had a few interviews all focusing on probability questions or basic game theory. During the super day , there was a board game played with other super day candidates
