HR actually called an hour earlier to ask if the interviewer could call earlier by 30 minutes. I applied online. I was then given a 20 minute test, which I completed. However, I did not receive an answer. The test was easy and the questions were probability and statistics
The first stage was a numerical assessment, then followed by two telephone interviews, one 30 mins the other 1 hr long and then the final round was a video interview that was 2 hours long with two of their traders.
