Interview
It was quite smooth, there was a questionnaire that you had to fill out prior to the interview. After which basic interview questions was asked from the recruiter. I must mention the interview was done over the telephone.
I was referred by an employee. Straightforward process. They expect some Hindi speaking people for some clients. Interview process is mostly to check the communication skills. Interview was fairly Easy to check the communication skills.

Its a clean and active process with keen attention with the candidates communication skills and the requirements includes a communication without a grammatical errors. The rejection of the candidates is purely based on the communication skills
