Interview process is quite easy. You will be vetted by someone first to see if your resume and skills match the positions available. Then when you are matched, you be interviewed by the manager for that program. The questions are simple.

The interview process was seamless and straightforward. The interviewer was always smiling and made me feel comfortable all throughout the interview. She even explained the expectations and everything I need to know about the position.

What's my salary expectation for the customer service job.
Phone screening followed by a 30 minute interview with a senior manager, where they will review your resume and ask you speak about your experience . Once accepted you will have to pass a drug test and background check.
