Very good interview process, hard to answer for freshers. HR’s were not HR’s over there. They are excellent observation experts. Boss questions you like he’s your father. Process and product was good by the way.

Pretty relaxed environment, almost like a casual conversation between peers. Of course, it depends on who's interviewing you, but just be conversant and open to communication. I was interviewed by a team manager, and all he asked are the basics - personal information and work experience. Don't sell yourself short.
