Very short phone screening and request to write a small app. The second stage was an interview with a manager and several leads. Some general questions about myself and some deeper technical questions, but no whiteboard questions and asking about algorithm complexity. Overall very fair

Interview
I received a cold call from HR asking me to interview and from there they basically didn't respond to emails and I was passed off to a recruiter. The recruiter seemed very disorganized doing things at the last minute: rescheduling interviews, sending out basic forms for me to complete right before scheduled calls.
Overall I would describe the process as broken and the actions of the hiring team not reflective of the values they describe in their marketing material.
Decided to end the process at the screening. Would not recommend!
