At the beginning there was an phone screening. That went well ok lot of questions and more about the technology than any other screening that I've been into.
Went to the second part of the interview with the hiring director. Interesting that the hiring director was on the other side of the world compared to the location I was screen for so it was an evening interview. More or less there weren't any specific questions that I was requested to ask, but rather general question about my previous task. Though I did well, I had little experience with the technologies that they were using so I didn't expect to go trough, but was rather curios about the technical challenges of the team that I was recruited for.
1 thing that stroke me was that I was supposed to contact the recruiter afterwards. The second one was an automatic mail that I received telling me that I'm not suited for the job.
Glad that I didn't get the job since I felt treated like a code monkey(resource) rather than a human
