Synergy Financial interview questions

Sooo welcoming and really dumbed things down for me as this was my first interview in the insurance and securities industry! I have a great feeling about getting my foot in the door and building clientele with them.

Start off by asking you about yourself, your story. Then ask about your goals and what's important to you. Ask you about your income. Then start talking about their business model of helping middle america and lower incomes. They didn't disclose that this was 1099, commission only. I was talked down to about my current firm, role, and compensation saying my salary wasn't as good as 1099, commission only opporunity with no benefits like medical, dental, 401k match, vacation. I ended the interview there. I have had been interviews with more transparency, honesty, and opportunities.
