Phone screening from HR. Was a little unorganized with multiple scouts contacting through email, phone, and linked in. Wasn't sure who to direct communication towards. After everything was straightened out, a face to face interview was scheduled. There were two one on one interviews held on site in a small meeting room. Questions were fairly standard and straight forward. Answered using some STAR type responses. Heard back from HR a couple weeks later with salary questions. Tried to negotiate a better number, but was told that it would be a game changer if I would only stick to my original request. Accepted their lower offer, but it was not too far off of what I had asked for.
