In person at coffee shop. One on one. Was very comfortable and relaxed. Although not extremely professional. Interviewer did not lead the interview. Asked questions about current role and how it would benefit the role I was interviewing for.
I applied online and received an email to schedule for a 30 minutes phone interview, and the end of the phone interview day I received a phone call to schedule the in person interview with 3 DSMs...
