Group excercise, role play, tell me about yourself, look smart and talk properly and you will be hired. A lot of students in my area were also going for a similar role, so if you are young/looking for a part time role this is a perfect place for you. Laid back mentality

Question 1
Explain a time you have had to deal with a difficult customer
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
