Terrible process for a very senior technical leader position. Scheduling of the phone calls and in-person interviews was very last minute or was re-scheduled at the last minute. Weeks went by between interviews and sometimes only after prodding on my side. The last straw was an interview with an engineer who clearly didn't know how to interview for a senior leader position and instead quizzed about technical trivia - literally questions I would not have asked an individual contributor engineer. Never heard back one way or the other after that.
