I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Overland Park, KS) in Dec 2021
Interview
Recruiter interview was very basic and textbook. Did not feel like she was interested in any real conversation or getting to know me. She wasn’t very responsive to my follow up questions.

Question 1
Systems I have used and experience with those systems
Very standard process. After a kind of salary pre-screening, spent some time with HR and then interviewed with a few managers one by one. It makes it a little hard to tell if it is going well.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bellevue, WA) in May 2014
Interview
Applied, was called by Recruiter who talked briefly about my experience and the role, she scheduled me for 3 in person interviews with two people each in each interview. The interviewers were team members and Managers. The culture is very collaborative and they do take inputs from everyone on team before hiring.
