The interview process is divided into four distinct parts:
A multiple-choice test designed to assess your knowledge and problem-solving skills.
An HR interview focused on your background, experience, and cultural fit within the company.
A case study discussion with a manager, where you will analyze a real-world scenario and present your insights.
A case study session with a partner, where you will dive deeper into strategic decision-making and problem-solving.

Interview
an ordinary interview it seemed that they were looking for someone who do alot of comunital activities, the test was an hour it was more difficult then the example they give you in advanced but it was passable
The test is about 20 questions long, and you have about 1.5 hours to complete it.
The questions are American (4-5 possible answers) and there is a lot of data and diagrams you need to understand in order to answer the questions.
