It’s easy because the job is hard to fill. If you really NEED just a paycheck you’ll be able to get a job here. If you want to enjoy your job and have autonomy over your day this is not for you. Everyone hates it there.

Interview
When I originally applied for my position, the person interviewing me was quick to respond to application. Responsive and proactive about getting interview set up. Interviewers were very personable which really made the interview process very low stress.
