First round was a friendly conversation with one of the analysts on the floor. Second round were 4 back-to-back interviews with 4 Managing Directors; each lasted about 30 minutes. The questions were not too technical.

Quick and behavioural focused interview - friendly and asked a lot of questions that required STAR answer methodology. Finished the interview under an hour, and overall very positive experience. Went with another offer as it aligned better with my career goals.
Good interview process they asked great questions and really tried to get to know me and understand my fit on the team - something that not many banks do. Technicals took more of a back seat
