Interview
Interview consisted of 2 rounds of interviews. First round was two 1 on 1 interviews with a Manager and another Associate. This was at the University.
Second round was at TD Securities Head Office in Toronto. There was 2 interviews, first one was a panel of 2 Managers. The second one was a Manager and a HR representative.
Tough interview, be prepared for financial questions not just programming/Technology questions.
They also had a couple of bran teasers such as why are pot hole covers round and not square?
Consisted on 3 rounds . The first one is a phone interview , the second round is a coding test and the third round is a group interview session followed by an HR interview with the leads

Applied online .After 3 weeks recruiter called on weekend evening 3 times over period of 1 hour. At the time I can not answer phone. At last he left a message and I follow on Monday. He scheduled a phone interview for following Wednesday as 8AM. Also tried to call Tuesday and did not leave any message. Wednesday at 8AM he called ask to tell about yourself in 30 sec. It took me 1 min. He interrupted me at the end tell someone will follow later. I am a graduate with 4.0 GPA in computer science. It passed 4 week since then. The recruiter officially represent a TD!!! Not sure what it tells about work place and Rules of Professional Conduct. Would love to hear back other opinions. :')
